I was unemployed when I started with Pitman Training. Within 2 months of starting my course, I started a new job.

In January 2015, I started a Diploma in HR Assistant at Pitman Training Naas; I had little or no experience in how to use a computer and no administration skills.

I approached Pitman in 2013 with a view to doing a course that would both interest me and hopefully lead to possible employment in the future.

I decided to study in Pitman Training because after researching different training courses Pitman had the course I was looking for and it adapted very well to my schedule.

I was working in a shop part time when I started so the fact that the hours were so flexible really suited me. Everyone in the office was so helpful and I found the audio and the books really easy to follow.

I am a stay at home mother of five children. I heard about Pitman Training so I decided to enquire about a course.

After returning from Australia I knew I had to do some type of course to gain employment.

Evelyn is a student studying for an Administration Assistant Diploma at Pitman Training Dublin. 20 years ago Pitman Training Dublin started delivering career focused courses and at the same time Evelyn decided to take a career break from her job in a financial organisation.

After graduating from university, I joined a Financial Institution for whom I worked for 10 years. I was made redundant in 2010 which came as a big shock. In the months that I followed I found it quite difficult to secure new employment and my confidence did suffer.

At the age of 47 I found myself redundant and felt even though I had years of experience I had no official qualifications. So after a lot of research I made a really good decision to try Pitman Training.
