“I decided to look at retraining as I felt the time was right to look at a new career. I contacted Pitman Training Worcester and attended an informal chat with Jazz who provided a lot of useful and career specific information.
After my ‘taster session’ I decided to enrol on the Medical Secretary Diploma with City & Guilds AMSPAR Level 2 qualification. After completing the Medical Secretary Diploma with Distinction I also took the City & Guilds Medical Terminology in which I also achieved a Distinction.
I’m so excited to let you know that I have now found my dream job in the medical field!
I owe a lot of my success to the encouragement and support of Jazz and Stephanie at Pitman Training Worcester. They were always there, or at the end of the phone, to answer concerns or questions I had about my studies, especially during the first national lockdown due to COVID.
I found their training centre in the heart of Worcester, to be the absolute perfect environment for learning. It was peaceful and welcoming and a place I looked forward to attending, to focus on my studies, away from a busy family homelife.
